We had a good homeschool pre-k week and it was especially fun because I had a chance to stop at the dollar store and grab the candy needed for our STEM activities - always makes a difference to have the supplies on hand (hah).
Since I had unpacked our Halloween book stash, we had books on the subject available along with having a lot of read alouds with our other Halloween books, so it was a heavy reading week (my favorite kind of week). One of my favorite "decorations" to get out for the holidays is our book collections for each one. We keep our holiday collections in a basket in the living room and the kids like listening to them all holiday season long.
